Shipping & Refund Policy

At Green Pond Packaging, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and sustainably. This policy outlines our shipping, delivery, and return practices.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Our warehouse is centrally located in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.

  • Orders placed by 1:00 PM (EST) typically ship within 2 business days
  • We ship via major national carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or similar)
  • We make every effort to ship using carbon-neutral or carbon-offset shipping options whenever available
  • All standard shipments are sent via ground service
  • Expedited shipping options (Next Day, 2-Day, etc.) are available at checkout
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination

Local Delivery (Free)

We offer free local delivery within a 40-mile radius of Bethlehem, PA (18020).

  • Orders placed by 4:00 PM (EST) are delivered next business day
  • Ideal for restaurants, caterers, and local businesses needing fast restocking

Freight (LTL) Shipments

  • Large or bulk orders may ship via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight
  • Our team will coordinate delivery details directly with you, including scheduling and delivery requirements
  • Please ensure your location can accommodate freight deliveries when applicable

Shipping Holidays

Orders will not ship on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

Delivery Address Policy

  • Orders cannot be modified after placement
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Important for Business Deliveries:

  • Please ensure delivery locations are staffed during normal business hours

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Closed business

will incur:

  • Return shipping charges
  • 20% restocking fee

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor delivery directly through the carrier.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.


Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

If approved:

  • A return shipping label and instructions will be provided

Please note:

  • We do not accept partial case returns
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Item Availability

While we strive to maintain consistent inventory:

  • Products may occasionally be out of stock or backordered
  • If this occurs, we will:
    • Notify you promptly
    • Provide updated lead times
    • Offer alternative options if available
